Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our chauffeur services. By booking with Diamond Chauffeur Tourism, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Booking and Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation from our team via email, phone, or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices include fuel, tolls (Salik), and parking fees. Payment can be made via cash, credit/debit card, or bank transfer. Full payment is required before the commencement of the service unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 2 and 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged in full.
Waiting Time
For airport transfers, we provide 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time for international flights and 30 minutes for domestic flights, tracked via real-time flight monitoring. For all other bookings, a 15-minute complimentary waiting period is included. Additional waiting time will be charged at the applicable hourly rate.
Passenger Responsibility
Passengers are responsible for ensuring they are at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. Passengers must not smoke in our vehicles. Damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will be charged to the passenger.
Liability
Diamond Chauffeur Tourism maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for all vehicles and passengers. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings left in our vehicles.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
